| 摘 要： | ZNZL3082型内热式直立炭化炉出焦方式为湿法熄焦,因湿法熄焦的半焦中含水量过高,环境污染严重,故将其改造为低水分熄焦,通过内部喷洒水来冷却半焦,降低半焦含水率,节省烘干煤气,减轻车间污染物的排放。

| Abstract: | ZNZL3082 internal heating type vertical coking furnace for wet coke quenching coke way,because of the wet coke quenching carbocoal in moisture content is exorbitant,serious environmental pollution. Therefore,turn them into low moisture coke quenching,through internal spraying water to cool the carbocoal,reduce the moisture content of carbocoal, save dry gas,reduce the emissions of pollutants in the workshop. |
