| 摘 要： | 研究了满足橡套电缆使用的绝缘橡皮的性能特点;探讨了基体材料体系、配合剂体系的选择;试验并确定了绝缘橡皮的中试配方;放线生产并检测了绝缘橡皮的性能。实验结果表明:研制的橡套电缆用EPDM与CPE共用绝缘橡皮,其力学性能、工艺性能均满足橡套电缆使用及生产要求。

| Abstract: | The paper researched the insulation property of rubber cable,discussed the basic material system and ingredient system selection,confirmed the insulation rubber pre-production formula,tested insulation rubber property. The test result showed that the formula of EPDM and CPE common insulation fulfill the rubber cable mechanical property,processing property and production requirement. |
