| 摘 要： | 针对工程造价控制的重要性,阐述了工程造价控制的基本原理和特点,从工程招标、合同管理、施工、工程决算等方面探讨了造价工程师在建设项目造价管理中的作用,指出工程造价控制贯穿于工程项目建设的整个过程造价工程师应客观、公正地反映工程情况,严把投资控制关。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the importance of project cost control, the author describes the basic theory and characteristics of the project cost control, discusses the effect of the cost engineer on the construction project cost management from aspects of project bidding, contract management, construction and project final accounts, points out that the project east control runs through the whole process of the project construction, and the cost engineer should reflect project situation subjectively and fairly, grasp investment control point strictly. |
