磁流变阻尼器间隙结构对阻尼力的影响

摘    要:设计一种新型的磁流变阻尼器间隙结构,然后用ANSYS软件,对带有新型间隙结构阻尼器进行磁场有限元分析和流场有限元分析,求得不同电流作用下阻尼器在不同活塞速度下所能提供的阻尼力.通过与原阻尼器进行对比分析,可以发现:间隙结构对阻尼器的性能有显著影响;设计合理的间隙结构对磁流变阻尼器性能的提高具有重大意义.

Abstract:In this paper,a new type of clearance structure of MR damper was designed.Finite element analysis of magnetic field and fluid field of MR damper with the new type of clearance structure was performed using ANSYS software,and the relationship of damping force and piston velocity of the MR damper under different current was obtained.By comparing with the performance of the traditional MR damper,it could be found that the clearance structure of MR damper has significant influence on the performance.Designing a reasonable clearance structure is very important for improving the performance of MR damper.
