| Abstract: | Nierji Water Complex not only plays a big role on flood control of Qigihaer city , Daqing region and two banks along the river from Nierji to Qigihaer city, but also the flood control role to Nen River downstream and Haerbin city is notable. So, constructing Nierji Water Complex, forming the flood control system based on embankment protection, being the mainstay with reservoirs, is urgent need for the flood control of Nen Rive and Songhua Rriver.
