对电信网络信息安全的基本概念和需求进行了介绍，并从面临的问题出发，提出在网络结构安全和网络设备安全两方面的原则，介绍了现阶段主要采取的技术手段。为电信网络的信息安全建设提供了一定依据。

The Information Security in Telecommunication Network

We first introduced the general concept and the meaning of information security in the telecommunication network. Then, from the questions we＇ve faced with, we proposed two principles ,the safety of the network construction and the safety of network facilities.lt is supposed that this architecture will give the basis for the building of the information security in telecommunication network.
