摘    要:针对目前机械防砂技术种类较多,且新技术和产品不断涌现,以及由于防砂方法选择不当而使防砂效果差或失败的状况,研制了一种实尺寸防砂方法优选模拟试验装置。该装置可针对机械防砂技术的特点,进行实尺寸室内模拟试验,通过测试分析其性能优缺点,为防砂的优化选择提供依据;可对现有各种防砂技术进行有关参数的测试和评价,为防砂技术的正确实施提供可靠依据。该装置可根据用户要求对挡砂精度、抗堵塞能力、抗冲蚀能力和制造工艺等指标进行测评。已对石油专用网滤砂管、G.F纤维滤砂管、陶瓷滤砂管、多层金属毡滤砂管、异型丝金属纤维滤砂管、抗冲蚀高渗透率滤砂管、侧向流道长寿命滤砂管等新型防砂工具做了性能测试试验,缩短了工具研制周期,并大大完善了工具现场使用效果。

Abstract:In consideration of the situation of unsatisfactory effect of sand control induced by improper selection of sand control methods, a full-size experimental apparatus is developed for selecting the sand control methods. In combination with the characteristics of mechanical sand control techniques, a full-size simulation experiment is conducted on the apparatus in laboratory. Basis is provided for selecting sand controlmethods by analyzing its advantages and shortcomings, parameter detection and evaluation are carried out on available sand control techniques to provide a guideline for correct implementation of sand control techniques. The apparatus can be used to detect and evaluate sand retention accuracy, plugging resisting ability, anti-erosion ability and manufacturing technology, and it also can be used to conduct performance tests on new sand prevention tools, such as sand screening liners for special oil screen, GF fiber sand screening liner, ceramic screening liners and multi-layer metal-felt screening liners, abnormal metal-fiber screening liners, anti-erosion high permeability sand screening liners and lateral flow channel screen liners. The period of tool development is shortened, and its field application effect is improved greatly.
