| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于乙醇汽油随车调和的数字式比例流量控制阀,详细论述了阀的结构组成、工作原理和设计过程。该阀采用三角槽节流口实现流量控制,利用基于单片机的步进电机来驱动阀芯的移动,从而调控阀的两个节流口的通流面积,实现通流量比例调节,达到两种燃料按比例调和的精确控制。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a type of digital flow control valve for mixing ethanol and gasoline in the car was introduced.The construction,operating principle and designing process were described in detail.The triangle throttle channel was applied to the valve to control the flow,and the core of the valve could be driven by the stepping motor based on the single-chip microcomputer to adjust the flow passage area for accurately controlling the ratio of two fuels. |
