小型自动沙砾挖装机设计

为改变在洪水灾害救援时单纯依靠人力装沙袋的现状,减轻救援人员的繁重工作,设计了一款半自动沙砾挖装机。该机可以连续、快速输出沙袋,实现了挖沙、装沙、沙袋封装的一体化。给出了机器的整体设计方案,实现集沙、输送、装沙及自动封装等基本功能,并介绍了辅助装置的作用及调节方法。完成了整机的结构设计及缩尺实物样机的制作,并重点阐述了关键结构的设计方法。实验结果表明,采用自动沙砾挖装机比人工挖沙效率提高10倍。

Design of a Mini-Type Automatic Dredging and Encapsulation Machine
