| 摘 要： | 对双油缸推动的轻型液压剪板机的油缸同步问题、两个油缸在极限位置时上刀架的受力问题、剪切工件时剪板机的受力问题进行了分析,弄清了双油缸并联推动时存在的问题,并给出了设计、调试时应该注意的环节。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the hydrocylinder synchronization problem of the light-duty hydraulic plate shear drived by double hydrocylinders.It also analyzed the stress problem of the top knife block when the two hydrocylinders lies in its limited position and the stress problem of the Plate Shear when it cuts the workpiece.And the problem was made clear which exists in the double hydrocylinders parallel drive.At last the tache was put forward that should be paid attention to when making designing and adjusting.. |
