煤矿井下无轨胶轮车电气系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了以防爆柴油机为动力的矿用无轨胶轮车电气系统的设计。电气系统包括整车控制系统、信号采集系统、显示系统。整车采用CAN总线的通讯方式对车辆进行控制,并实时监控车辆的运行状态,显示车辆的各项运行参数。当柴油机的运行参数超出标准要求时,电气系统自动停止柴油机的运转,并对故障进行记录,便于以后维修查询,该电气系统具有自动化程度高、性能安全可靠、显示画面友好简捷等优点。

Abstract:Design of electric system for the mine trackless rubber tyre vehicle driven by mine flame proof diesel engine was introduced.Electric system is made up of the signal collection system,control system and display system.Control system of trackless rubber tyre vehicle is based on CAN bus,real-time monitoring the operational status of vehicle and dynamic displaying of operating parameters.When the parameters of mine flame proof diesel engine are going over the limit control system can automatically stop diesel engine and register fault.The trackless rubber tyre vehicle has many characters,such as high-level automation,high reliability and friendly display interface.
