对国有企业工会维权的几点思考

工会要“以职工为本，主动依法科学维权”。强调维权的宗旨、原则、理念、方法及具体要求，对形成具有中国特色的社会主义工会维权观，促使企业发展和谐劳动关系，推动和谐企业建设，实现和谐社会总体目标具有十分重要的指导意义。工会要积极参与并督促企业健全完善和执行对职工的各种利益保障机制和制度，把着力点放在为弱势群体积极维权，以规范劳资双方的行为，平衡双方的权利和义务。

The Rights Protection of Union in State-Owned Enterprise

The union should take staff-centered and safeguard their rights in accordance with the law. It has very important guiding significance to emphasize the rights protection of the purposes, principles, concepts, methods and specific requirements for the formation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, promoting enterprise development and harmonious labor relations, impelling construction of a harmonious enterprise and achieving the overall goal of a harmonious society. The union should take an active part and urge the enterprises to improve the development and implementation of the various interests of employees and system protection mechanism, focus on positive rights for vulnerable groups so as to regulate the conduct of both employers and employees and balance the rights and obligations of both parties.
