| 摘 要： | 在分析轴承、密封结构以及润滑方式对托辊性能的影响的基础上，使用逐点计算法计算最大托辊间距，综合考虑影响因素，最后确定托辊间距。并结合实例进行分析和说明。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the effect of bearing, seal structure and lubrication on performances of belt conveyor idler, the paper uses point by point calculating algorithm to work out the maximum distance between idlers and determine it based on fully considering all the influential factors. A specific conveyor is also given to illustrate how to determine the distance between idlers. |
