摘    要:针对小管径油气润滑ECT系统中传感器存在的重建图像轴向分辨率过低、采集信号微弱等问题,建立了该系统ECT电容传感器的三维结构优化模型,确定了电容极板间隔、单层电容极板长度和电容极板厚度3个重要结构参数的初值范围,采用正交实验的方法对传感器电容极板结构参数进行了优化;研究结果表明,优化后的传感器图像精度系数提高了131.20%。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems, such as low axial resolution of the sensor reconstruction image and weak acquisition signal, existing in the small diameter oil-air lubrication ECT system, a three-dimensional structure optimization model of the ECT capacitive sensor of the system is established. The initial values range of the spacing of capacitor plate, the length of single-layer capacitor plate and the thickness of capacitor plate are determined. Three important structural parameters mentioned above is optimized by the orthogonal experiment method. The research results show that the image accuracy coefficient of the optimized sensor is increased by 131.20%.
