耐低温聚磷菌的研究

摘    要:采用模拟自然降温方式,筛选出在低温(8℃)下仍具有高效能的两株聚磷菌J4与J6,除磷率分别达56%和54%.经鉴定,两者均属于假单胞菌属(Pseudom onas).探讨pH、曝气时间和微量元素对这两株菌的生长及除磷效能的影响,结果表明,菌株J4、J6的生长最适pH范围为7~9,除磷反应的最佳pH分别为中性和中性偏碱;而曝气时间过长会造成聚磷菌的释磷;微量元素的有无对J4的生长和除磷率都有一定的影响,而对J6没有明显的影响.

Abstract:By simulating natural temperature decrease,two low temperature-resistant PAOs(J4 and J6) domesticated and cultivated in the shaking bed are screened out ultimately,and thus the rate of phosphorus removal reaches to 56% and 54% respectively,which both belong to Pseudomonas sp by identification.More important factors such as pH,anaerobic time and microelement,etc,which effect the growth and phosphorus removal efficiency of J4 and J6 are also explored.The results show that the optimal pH value of the growth of J4 and J6 is 7-9.The optimal pH value of phosphorus removal of two strains is neutral and neutral oriented alkaline respectively.Longer aeration time results in phosphate release of PAOs.The existence of microelement has an effect on the growth and phosphorus removal of J4,while it has a little effect on J6.
