摘    要:以丙烯酸和蒙脱石为原料,用反相悬浮聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸钠/蒙脱石复合高吸水性树脂.研究了复合树脂舍成中反应温度、中和度、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、蒙脱石添加量等影响树脂吸水性能的主要因素。结果表明,产品后处理容易,吸水率达到783g/g,吸盐水率达到86g/g。与聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂相比,吸水速度提高约25%,保水率提高20%。TEM显示蒙脱石的加入对树脂颗粒大小和形状有较大的影响。IR初步表明聚丙烯酸与蒙脱石产生了交联。

Abstract:Poly(sodium acrylate)/montmorillonite composite was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization using partially neutralized acrylic acid and montmorillonite. The key factors of influence on absorbency including the reaction temperature, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid, the amount of crosslinking agent, initiator and montmorillonite were investigated. The distilled water absorbency of the composite is 783 g/g, the saline water absorbency is 86 g/g. The further treatment of the composite product is easier than that of pure poly(sodium acrylate) superabsorbent. TEM showed that the addition of montmorillonite affects the size and shape of the composite particles greatly, IR preliminary indicated that poly(sodium acrylate) has grafted on the surface of montmorillonite.
