粒径对氧化锆纳米粒子结构的影响

摘    要:对粒径在58~10nm范围内不同粒度的纯ZrO2粒子进行了喇曼散射光谱研究。结果表明,粒子的点阵结构受表面效应的影响,表面效应将进一步引起ZrO2粒子点阵结构变化。在室温下,ZrO2粒子由单斜相向四方相转变的临界直径为15nm。

Abstract:We found that X - ray diffraction measurements were not quite satisfactory for nanocrystalline particles. Raman scattering measurements, presented in this paper, indicate that three conclusions better than those possible with X - ray difftaction can be drawn. These three conclusions are:(1) Contrary to the finding obtained with X - ray difftaction, we found the internal structure of ZrO2 nano - crystalline particles to be perfectly ordered throughout.(2) When diameter of ZrO2 nano - crystalline particle is less than 15 nm, surface effect is large enough to cause the transforming of monoclinic phase into metastable tetragonal phase.(3) Even when diameter of ZrO2 nano - crystailine particle was decreased until it was about 3~4 nm, we did not discover any cubic phase.
