液压比例阀阀芯V形槽口的CFD解析

摘    要:带V形槽口的滑阀阀芯在比例阀中应用非常广泛,槽口结构对阀开启过程中的比例特性和作用在阀芯上的液动力影响很大.运用CFD解析方法对带V形槽口的液压滑阀阀腔内的流场进行求解,得到不同开口度对应的流量和液动力.分析解析结果可知:应该用稳态计算求解通过阀口的流量和作用在阀芯上的稳态液动力,用移动网格技术结合瞬态计算求解瞬态液动力.

Abstract:The spool with V-groove is applied in hydraulic proportional valve widely. The structure of groove affects the proportional characteristics and flow force during opening process of valve serious. The flow field in chamber of the spool valve with V-groove is calculated using CFD method, and corresponding flow rates and flow forces of different openings are obtained. It can be obtained by calculation results that, the flow rate through valve opening and the stable stable calculation, and the transient state flow force state flow force acting on spool should be analyzed by by transient e, calculation.
