印染废水处理与回用技术研究

摘    要:通过实验研究,张家口地毯厂印染废水采用混凝→沉淀简单工艺处理后,出水pH值7~8;浊度<3NTU;色度<50倍;CODcr<150mg/L,达到了排放标准,经砂滤→活性炭进一步脱色后,出水pH值7~8;浊度<1NTU;色度<10倍;CODcr<15~50mg/L.染线实验表明,完全可满足回用于生产的要求.

Abstract:The experiments results shows that the effluent of the printing and dyeing wastewater from Zhang Jiakou Carpet Factory is pH=7-8, turbidity <3 NTU, color <50, CODcr<150mg/L and fits the national disposed measures of wastewater by the simple treatment process of coagulation-settlement; Through the advanced treatment process of sand filtration-activated carbon decolour,the effluent levels are pH=7-8, turbidity <1NTU, color <10, CODcr<15-50mg/ L. The dyeing wool test results shows that the final effluent can meet the need to reuse of dyeing wool process.
