| 摘 要： | 回顾了陕西省渭河流域水资源管理的理论与实践演进过程，并分析了渭河流域水资源与水环境的现状，在借鉴了成功流域管理经验的基础上，对渭河流域的水资源可持续性管理提出了意见和建议，以期对未来陕西渭河流域的水资源管理工作有所参考。
