高纯Nb2O5粉体粒度特性控制研究

摘    要:测定了一定HF浓度溶液中Nb(OH)5的溶解度,研究了高纯H2NbOF5溶液中和沉淀过程,氨水中和、氨气中和、氨水流速以及氨气压力等因素对Nb(OH)5结晶动力学及其后续产物Nb2O5粉体粒度性能的影响。

Abstract:The solubility of Nb(OH)5 in the solution with certain HF concentration was determined. The neutralization deposition process of high-purity H2NbOF5 was studied. The influence of some factors, such as ammonia liquid neutralization, free ammonia neutralization, ammonia liquid flow rate and free ammonia pressure, on the crystallization dynamics and the subsequent products, Nb2O5 powder size characteristics was researched.
