圆坯连铸机技术改造

摘    要:天津钢管公司对电弧炉和连铸机进行了高效化改造,通过优化中间包参数,解决了高拉速下连铸圆坯钢液的纯净度问题;运用新式结晶器振动机构,解决了结晶器内润滑及圆铸坯表面质量问题;运用结晶器电磁搅拌技术,解决了铸坯内部柱状晶发达易形成中心缩孔及疏松问题。经过上述技术改造,使圆坯连铸机年产量由60万t提高到90万t,铸坯的综合合格率为99.66%。

Abstract:Purity problem of round billet steel was solved by optimizing parameter of tundish. Lubricating of mould and surface quality of billet were solved by application of new oscillator of mould. Center shrinkage cavity and rarefaction of billet was solved by electromagnetic stirring.The electric arc furnace and caster have been revamped with high efficiency in TPCO.By the technology revamping of caster, the annual output increases up to 900 000 t from 600 000 t, and the comprehensive qualified rate of casting billet was 99.66%.
