环己烷一步氧化法制备己二酸技术进展

摘    要:文中介绍了己二酸传统生产工艺,包括环己烷两步法(KA油法)、苯酚法、丁二烯法等。综述了环己烷一步法氧化法制备己二酸技术的发展现状,包括自由基催化法、负载型纳米金催化法、仿生催化法等较为热门的制备方法。其中自由基催化法由于实现了工业放大,被视为最具发展前景的己二酸生产技术。

Technical progress of adipic acid preparation by one-step oxidation of cyclohexane
Abstract:This paper introduced the traditional production processes for adipic acid, which include two-step hexane process (KA oil process), phenol process, butadiene process. It summarized the technical development status of the one-step cyclohexane oxidation process for adipic acid preparation, including free radical catalytic method, supported nanogold catalytic method, biomimetic method, which are popular preparation methods. Among them, the free radical catalytic method was realized industrial enlargement, and thus is regarded as the adipic acid production technology of the best development prospect.
