目前普遍采取的物料回收措施为设置停工回收流程,但某石化公司裂解3套装置(E3装置)并未设计有停工回收流程。文中分析了该公司利用现有流程对丙烯塔物料进行回收的具体步骤和取得经验,在2015年大检修中共计回收物料484 t。

At present, the material recovery measure generally adopted is to set up a shutdown recovery process, but the third cracking unit (E3 unit) of a petrochemical company was not designed a shutdown recovery process. The company used the existing process of propylene tower material recovery. The specific steps were set up, the experience was achieved, and 484t material was recovered during overhaul in 2015.
