石油化工企业的火灾危险性及防范措施

炼油化工企业发生的火灾有别于其它行业的火灾,造成的损失和人员伤亡巨大。企业使用的原料、中间体甚至产品均是易燃、易爆、易腐蚀物质。工艺管线及容器内易形成爆炸混合物,而生产区域内点火源多,具有极大的火灾及爆炸危险性。文中分析了石油化工生产工艺的火灾危险性,提出了石油化工生产工艺防火防爆对策。

Fire risk of petrochemical enterprise and preventive measures

The fire disaster occurred in oil refining and chemical enterprise is different from that of other industry, the loss and casualties it caused is huge. All the raw materials, intermediates used in such enterprise and even the products are flammable, explosive and corrosive materials. They are easy to form explosive mixture in the process pipelines and vessels, and there many ignition sources in the production area, which has great fire risk and explosion risk. This paper analyzed the fire risk of petrochemical production process, and proposed fire and explosion protection countermeasure for petrochemical production process.
