电磁加热技术在挤出拉丝机系统中的应用

摘    要:应用电磁加热节能技术,对塑料的挤出拉丝机加热系统进行技术改造,结果表明,在满足生产工艺要求的前提下,应用高频加热技术具有电能转化热能快、加热安全、节能高效等优点,节能效果显著,经济效益可观。

Application of electro-magnetic heating technique in extrusion-drawing machine system
Abstract:By comparative analysis to the cast aluminum heater and electromagnetic heater of plastic extrusion-drawing machine, it was showed that, the traditional cast aluminum heating method not only has high power consumption, but also generates large amount of heat to the surroundings, and seriously affects the health of operating personnel. Energy-saving technique of electro-magnetic heating was applied, and technical reconstruction was made to the plastic extrusion-drawing machine system. The result showed that, under the premise of meeting process requirement, application of high-frequency heating technique has advantages of quick conversion from electric energy to heat energy, safe heating, high energy-saving efficiency, significant energy-saving effect and considerable economic benefit.
