Application of electro-magnetic heating technique in extrusion-drawing machine system

By comparative analysis to the cast aluminum heater and electromagnetic heater of plastic extrusion-drawing machine, it was showed that, the traditional cast aluminum heating method not only has high power consumption, but also generates large amount of heat to the surroundings, and seriously affects the health of operating personnel. Energy-saving technique of electro-magnetic heating was applied, and technical reconstruction was made to the plastic extrusion-drawing machine system. The result showed that, under the premise of meeting process requirement, application of high-frequency heating technique has advantages of quick conversion from electric energy to heat energy, safe heating, high energy-saving efficiency, significant energy-saving effect and considerable economic benefit.
