摘    要:齿轮箱的信号多是非平稳、非线性的,尤其当齿轮发生故障时其非线性特性更加突出,因此齿轮箱的故障诊断一直是诊断领域的研究重点。多重分形方法对设备的不均匀性反应敏感,能够定量地描述设备的动态特性。文中提出通过广义维数和多重分形谱从多重角度对齿轮箱信号进行诊断,在齿轮减速箱实验平台模拟了齿轮裂纹、剥落及断齿故障,通过多重分形方法可以得到准确的诊断结果。

Research on multi-fractal method for diagnosis of gear box fault
Abstract:Signal of gear box is unstable and nonlinear, and its nonlinear characteristic is more prominent especially when the gear fault occurs. Therefore, the fault diagnosis of gear box is always the research emphasis of the diagnosis field. The multi-fractal method is sensitive to the unevenness of equipment, and can quantificationally describe the dynamic behavior. This paper proposed to make diagnosis to gear box signal through generalized dimension and from multi-angle view, simulated gear crack, peeling. Tooth fracture was simulated on the gear reducer experimental platform. It also pointed out that the accurate diagnostic result can be obtained by using multi-fractal method.
