摘    要:目前我国使用的船用减振元件多为被动式减振元件,如橡胶减振器、钢丝绳减振器等.而被动式减振元件都有在低频激振力作用下减振效果差的缺点.基于将传统的减振元件与智能元件相结合的思想,提出了全新的船用抗冲击隔离器设计理念.应用现有较成熟的减振元件钢丝绳弹簧和智能出力元件磁流变阻尼器设计了智能抗冲击隔离器,并进行了有限元仿真分析.计算结果表明,智能隔离器在各个频段都有较好的减振性能,尤其是在低频段,减振效果明显优于传统减振元件.同时也具有良好的抗冲击特性,尤其是在冲击载荷较强,系统会发生二次碰撞时,智能隔离器的抗冲效果明显优于传统减振元件.

Abstract:At present,most of the vibration-reduction components used in naval ship bases in our country are the passive vibration-reduction ones,such as rubber absorber,wire rope absorber,etc.However,all those components have a defect that their vibration-reduction effect is unsatisfactory when faced with low frequency encouragement.Basing on the idea that combining traditional vibration-reduction components with intelligent components,this paper presents a new approach to the naval ship base design.By application of maganetorheological damper and wire rope spring,this paper designs a smart impact-resistance and vibrationreduction ship base.Furthermore,the finite element emulation and analysis are carried out on the base.The results show that the performance of vibration reduction is favorable in every frequency stage,especially in the low frequency stage,when the effect of vibration reduction is better than traditional components evidently.Besides,it also has favorable impact resistance.Especially,when impact load is intense and the second impact occurs,the impact-resistance effect of the base is better than that of traditional components obviously.
