聚脲层间黏合剂黏结强度影响因素研究

摘    要:采用剥离试验研究了聚脲二次喷涂和新旧聚脲搭接用单组分聚氨酯黏合剂的黏结强度。探讨了涂层表面粗糙度、层间黏合剂所用溶剂及层间黏合剂养护龄期对层间黏结强度的影响规律。实验结果表明:打磨处理后聚脲层间的黏结强度由打磨前的1.95~2.73N/mm提高至4.47~7.22N/mm。适当的溶剂溶胀作用也可使黏结强度达到4.98~7.22N/mm。单组分聚氨酯层间黏合剂施工后2~8h进行聚脲喷涂施工,可获得较佳的黏结强度。

Abstract:One-component polyurethane interlayer binder used for polyurea second spraying and polyurea overlap was studied by the peel test method in this paper. The influences of coating surface roughness, the kind of solvents and curing age on the interlayer bond strength was studied. Experimental results showed that between two polyurea layers, the bond strength were 1.95-2.73 N/mm and 4.47-7.22 N/mm respectively before and after abrading. The appropriate solvent which had certain swelling action could increase bond strength to 4.98-7.22 N/mm. After spraying the one-component polyurethane binder 2-8 h, spraying polyurea could get a better bond strength.
