机架间除鳞对热轧带钢三次氧化铁皮的影响分析

摘    要:分析了热轧氧化铁皮的生长机制和缺陷的遗传规律。在此基础上,通过系列实验,探讨了京唐公司1 580 mm生产线机架间除鳞的投用对带钢表面温度、精轧工作辊辊面质量和带钢成品表面质量的影响。采用SEM、EDS等方式分析了机架间除鳞投用后对带钢表面氧化铁皮厚度和结构的影响。结果表明:投用机架间除鳞,可以减薄带钢成品氧化铁皮厚度25%以上,提高精轧高速钢工作辊下机辊面质量0.5~1.0个等级,有效降低了产品50%以上的氧化铁皮缺陷率,同时延长了轧辊的使用寿命。

Abstract:The growth mechanism and inherited characteristic of oxide scale on the surface of hot rolled strip were emphatically analyzed.Based on the analysis,the effect of inter-stand descaling on the temperature of strip,the quality of finishing work roll surface and the surface quality of the end product were discussed.SEM and EDS were used to analysis the thickness and structure of the oxide scale on the surface of strip before and after the inter-stand descaling being used.The result showed that the thickness of the oxide scale could be reduced more than 25%,the surface quality grade of the finishing work roll surface could be enhanced 05 to 10 grades,and the defect rate of oxide scale could be decreased 50%.Meanwhile,the service life of work roll also could be extended.
