十溴二苯乙烷分段催化工艺及复配催化剂的研究

摘    要:研究了十溴二苯乙烷分段催化的合成工艺及复配催化剂。结果表明,催化剂采用Al粉、P_2O_5、无水AlCl_3和无水TiCl_4等进行复配,不同催化剂组合在反应过程中分为三个阶段投入,第一、第二和第三阶段催化剂投料质量占成品十溴二苯乙烷理论产量的0.12%、0.12%和0.15%,分别控制不同阶段的反应温度和反应时间能显著提高产品质量,降低杂质含量。

Abstract:The segmented catalytic synthesis process of 2,2’,3,3’,4,4’,5,5’,6,6’-decabromobibenzyl (DBDPE) and its composite catalyst were studied.The results showed that the catalysts were compounded by using Al powder,phosphorus pentoxide,anhydrous AlCl3 and anhydrous TiCl4.The reaction process was divided into three stages,and different catalyst combination was added.In the first,second and third stages,the catalyst dosage were 0.12%,0.12% and 0.15% respectively of theoretical amounts of product DBDPE.Controlling reaction temperatures and reaction time during the different stages could remarkably improve product quality and reduce the impurity content.
