摘    要:为了在不拆除耦合部件情况下,实现车内噪声辐射源和振动激励源快速辨识,应用工况传递路径分析方法建立车内噪声传递多输入、单输出模型。进行偏奇异值分析辨识出车内噪声主要辐射源和振动激励源,计算各条传递路径对车内噪声贡献量,并且将目标点合成噪声与实测噪声进行对比。在定置怠速工况下通过拆除某路径后预测噪声与实测噪声对比,验证模型正确性。该方法不限具体车型,可以广泛地应用于车内噪声传递路径分析。

Identification of Vehicle’s Interior Noise Sources byUsing Operational Transfer Path Analysis
Abstract:To identity the noise sources and vibration sources quickly without removing coupling component, a multi-input/single-output system model was established by using the Operational Transfer Path Analysis. Independent sound sources and major vibration sources were identified with the partial singular value analysis. The contribution to interior noise of each structure path was calculated. The component noise at object point was compared with the measured noise. By comparing the noise prediction and real noise after removing some transfer path under idle working condition, the model was verified. The specific motorcycle type is unlimited with this method, so it could be used to analyze the vehicle’s interior noise transfer path widely.
