组合转子解析建模与拉杆蠕变导致的退化研究

摘    要:以铁木辛柯梁理论为基础建立集中参数解析模型,并以结构局部损伤将引起系统退化为切入点,研究拉杆蠕变松弛引起的组合转子退化特性。考虑拉杆螺栓的应力松弛与接触界面的影响,并对接触界面等效处理,对组合转子进行动力学分析,得到组合转子固有频率随时间的变化规律;通过定义组合转子频率相对降低量作为固有频率特性退化量参数,实现了组合转子退化的定量评估,从理论上得出由拉杆蠕变松弛引起的组合转子固有频率特性退化量随时间的函数曲线。

Study on Analytical Modeling and Performance Degradation Induced by Rod Relaxation of Combined Rotors
Abstract:Based on the theory of Timoshenko beam, an analytical model of the lumped parameter was set up, it’s used as the breakthrough point that structural local damage will cause system performance degradation, to study characteristics of that rod creep relaxation causes the degradation of the combined rotor performance. relaxation of rod and the influence of the contact interface were considered, And the contact interface are equivalent, the dynamics characters of combined rotor was analyzed, the regular of that combined rotor natural frequency changes with the time was revealed; By defining the reduction rate of combined rotor’s natural frequency as degradation parameters, realized quantitative evaluation to combined rotor’s performance degradation that caused by rod relaxation.Theoretically concluded that combined rotor performance function degradation caused by rod creep relaxation over time curve.
