热轧粗轧区域提速的探索

摘    要:针对武汉钢铁股份有限公司热轧总厂1 580 mm轧线粗轧区域的生产节奏无法满足轧线生产节奏的问题,对板坯在粗轧区域的轧制道次制度、位置控制和时序控制的实际情况进行了分析,通过调整部分品种的轧制道次制度、减少轧制等待时间和优化时序控制,使粗轧区域的生产节奏满足了整个轧线生产节奏的要求。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of rolling rhythm mismatching between the roughing area and finishing area in WISCO 1 580 mm hot rolling line, the roughing rolling pass schedule, the rolled piece position control and operational sequence control were analyzed. So the roughing rolling rhythm was speeded up to meet the whole line rhythm need by the measures of adjusting rolling pass schedule, reducing rolling waiting time, and optimizing operational sequence control.
