摘    要:针对酒钢家电板磷化后出现严重发黄缺陷的问题,借助光学显微镜、电化学工作站等分析手段对其金相组织、电化学特性、表面粗糙度以及板面残留等进行了分析。结果表明:钢板表面残碳控制是工业生产提高钢板表面活性,改善磷化发黄缺陷的主要手段。从而提出了工艺优化措施,有效降低了钢板表面磷化发黄缺陷。

Abstract:In view of the serious yellow rusted defect on the surface of cold rolled sheet for home appliances produced by Jiuquan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the metallurgical structure, the electrochemical character, the surface roughness and relict of cold rolled sheet had been investigated by means of metalloscope and electrochemical measurement system. The results showed that controlling the carbon deposits of sheet surface was the key to improve the phosphatizing effect and the surface activity. Therefore,the corresponding optimization process measures to improve the surface quality were put forward, and the defect occurred rate was obviously reduced..
