风电钢降成本生产工艺研究及应用

摘    要:为降低成本,提升市场竞争力,根据济钢4 300 mm宽厚板生产线风电钢产品规格,对风电钢进行了合金减量化成分设计,主要体现为降Mn去Nb;同时,优化了轧制及水冷工艺,实现了晶粒进一步细化,保证了合金成分条件下产品的性能合格率,最终实现了低成本风电钢的高质量生产。

Abstract:In order to decrease cost and increase compeptition, the alloy reduction composition of wind power steel was designed based on the gauges of wind power plates in 4 300 mm wide and heavy plate production line in Jigang. Meanwhile, the rolling and cooling technologies were optimized, and fine grains were obtained. The qualified rate of the product was guaranteed, and the high quality production and low cost was realized.
