新钢连退炉内张力控制优化

摘    要:针对新余钢铁集团有限公司连退线存在的炉内张力控制难度大、薄规格带钢的高速运行不稳定等问题,分析了连退线在生产薄规格带钢时炉内张力波动,适应性差和相邻道次张力差增大的原因,提出并运用了减小炉内张力波动、优化张力调节器限幅控制、优化炉辊负荷平衡控制、优化张力检测等张力控制优化方案,尤其是与速度成比例的张力调节器限幅控制方案。通过优化方案的实施,提高了不同炉况炉内张力与带钢速度和温度的适应性,减小了对张力设定值适应性的要求,同时炉辊与带钢的打滑及带钢跑偏问题得到了明显改善,薄规格带钢在炉内可以300 m/min以上的速度稳定运行。

Abstract:Aimed at the strip tension control problem and high-speed running instability of thin gauge strip in continuous annealing furnace in Xinyu Iron & Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the causes of tension undulation and tension deviation in CAL furnace were analyzed.Some measures were taken,such as reducing tension undulation,optimizing tension limit control,optimizing load balance control of furnace roll,optimizing strip tension detection,especially employing the control method of proportionate tension limit with speed.The strip tension control adaptation to strip speed and strip temperature was upgraded,the slippage between strip and furnace roll was decreased,the strip steering in furnace was avoided,so the thin gauge strip could run well in high speed of above 300 m/min.
