摘    要:主动隔振技术是一种具有治理舰船低频噪声潜力的新技术。针对舰船柴油机组主动隔振试验系统试验时间长、现场混乱、噪声大以及局部有限控制点信息无法进行全局减振效能评估的缺点,特研发一套柴油机组状态监测及减振效能在线评估系统。该系统具有状态在线监测、减振效能在线评估、数据采集和记录以及试验现场视频监控等功能,现场试验显示该系统可以节省时间,提高试验工作效率和工作舒适度,达到预期设计的目的和效果。

On-line Assessment System for Condition Monitoring and Vibration Isolation of Diesel Units of Vessels
Abstract:Active vibration isolation is a potential technology to solve the low-frequency noise problem of vessels. The active isolation experimental system (AIES) of diesel unit of vessels has some shortcomings. They are long experimental duration, chaos and huge noise on site and no global assessment ability of the isolation according to the information of limited controlling points. A system with on-line monitoring, online assessment, data acquisition and recording and video surveillance was developed for the AIES. The function of on-line monitoring and assessment are emphasized in this paper. The experiment shows that the system can save time, improve the work efficiency and comfort, which meets the expected requirements.
