摘    要:采用浸渍法制备系列不同助剂修饰的Pd/C催化剂,并考察不同助剂对2,6-二氯吡啶加氢脱氯性能的影响。结果表明,助剂Sn使催化剂活性明显下降,Fe、Mg对催化剂活性影响不大,少量Ba的修饰可以提高Pd/C催化剂活性。Ba质量分数为1.0%时,2,6-二氯吡啶完全转化,催化剂可多次重复使用。

Abstract:A series of Pd/C catalysts modified by different metal additives were prepared by conventional impregnation method.The influence of different metal additives on the catalytic properties of the catalysts for hydrodechlorination reaction of 2,6-dichloropyridine to pyridine were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity of the catalyst modified with Sn was significantly decreased and modified with an appropriate amount of Ba could be improved, while Fe and Mg have little effects on the activity of Pd/C catalysts.The conversion rate of 2,6-dichloropyridine reached 100% under the condition of Ba mass fraction 1.0%, and the catalyst could be repeatedly used several times.
