摘    要:针对厚规格Q345钢板(h>30 mm)表面存在辊印的问题,分析得出钢板尾部下扣是该缺陷产生的主要原因。通过对加热温度、末道次压下量、咬钢速度、轧制速度、雪橇档位控制等方面实施改进后,钢板表面辊印缺陷明显减少。

Abstract:The roll marks defect on the surface of Q345 heavy plate with thickness above 30 mm was analyzed,and the cause was turned to be the plate tail crook down.Some measures were taken into practice,including the optimization of heating temperature,last pass reduction,biting speed,rolling speed,sled gear control and other aspects,the roll marks were avoided obviously.
