液态丙烯脱氧催化剂的研制

摘    要:采用分步浸渍法在γ-Al_2O_3上负载钯金属盐和过渡金属盐,高温焙烧后制得一种用于液态丙烯脱氧的催化剂。该催化剂使用前不需活化,在空速2 500 h~(-1)和反应温度40℃条件下,即可将出口O_2含量脱除至小于1.0×10~(-6)。催化剂稳定性实验表明,在40℃反应100 h,催化剂活性不变,丙烯加氢的副反应不增加。针对液态丙烯脱氧,制备的催化剂能满足出口O_2含量低和丙烷增量少的要求。

Abstract:The catalyst for liquid propylene deoxidation was prepared by step-impregnation method and supporting Pd compound and transition metal compound on γ-Al2O3,and then calcining at high temperature.The as-prepared catalyst did not need activating before use,and decreased outlet residual oxygen content to less than 1×10-6 under the condition of space velocity 2 500 h-1 and reaction temperature 40 ℃.The results of 100 h stability test indicated that the activity of the catalyst was unchanged and the side reaction of propylene hydrogenation was not increased;the catalyst for liquid propylene deoxidation could meet the requirements of low residual oxygen content in outlet and low propane increment.
