摘    要:针对某1780mm热轧带钢生产线F_1~F_4精轧机存在工作辊辊面氧化膜异常脱落,工作辊防剥落水及轧制润滑效果不佳的问题,对F_1~F_4机架入出口导卫间介质系统进行了改造,通过调整F_1~F_4机架入出口除鳞集管布置、入出口工作辊冷却水量的重新分配,以及轧制润滑的改善,使轧辊建立了稳定的氧化膜,减少了辊耗,提高了产品表面质量。

Abstract:In view of work roll surface oxidation film abnormal spalling,bad effect of cooling and rolling lubrication of work roll of F1~F4 stands in a 1 780 mm hot strip rolling line,the media system used for entrance and export guide and guard of F1~F4 stands was reformed.By rearranging the descaling pipes at the entrance and export of F1~F4,redistributing the cooling water amount and improving lubrication rolling,the stable oxide film of roll was establisehed,roll consumption was reducd,and the quality of the product surface was improved.
