出口伸缩导板位置控制计算

摘    要:分析了带钢连续处理机组和精整机组卷取机前的出口伸缩导板在带钢穿带和甩尾时的位置控制方式,计算确定了出口伸缩导板摆动角度的绝对值编码器的脉冲数m与钢卷直径DC的关系,实现了根据钢卷直径的变化对出口伸缩导板摆动角度的自动控制,提高了卷取运行的稳定性和带钢的表面质量。

Abstract:The position control mode of the exit telescopic guide for strip threading and back-end swing in the continuous processing line and skin-pass line was investigated.The mathematics relationship between the encoder pulse number m of exit telescopic guide swing angle and the coil diameter was established.The coiler run stably and the strip surface quality was improved by this automatic control mode for the telescopic guide swing angle according to coiler diameter.
