摘    要:针对复合厚板轧制过程头部翘曲问题,采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元建模分析,对网格无关性进行了验证,得出了合理的单元尺寸;研究了板坯来料厚度、轧制压下率、板坯上下表面温差及轧辊速比对复合厚板头部翘曲的影响规律。

Abstract:In view of head warping problem in hot rolling of clad plate, the commercial software ABAQUS was used to FEM simulation. Firstly, the models accuracy was proved, and the size of element was properly setting.The influence of initial sheet thickness, reduction, the temperature difference between up and below surface, velocity ratio of up and below rolls on head warping were analyzed, the solutions for the problems of head warping were provided.
