硅钢涂层机的改进与涂层膜厚的控制

摘    要:以硅钢退火涂层机组为例,介绍了通过电机控制涂层压力的涂层机的结构设计原理,并对其进行了改进。结合实际应用,分析了涂层辊检测压力与涂层膜厚之间的关系,并对调节涂层压力的电机传动设计选型进行了计算。

Abstract:Take a silicon steel annealing and coating line stands as an example,the structural design principle of the coating machine as its coating pressure controlled by motor was introduced,and the proposal improvements and innovation points were put forward.Meanwhile,the relationship between the coating rollers detected pressure and the coating thickness with practical application was analyzed,and the motor drive design that was used to adjusting the coating pressure was calculated.
