冷轧机组自动上卷功能的实现及改进

摘    要:以某公司新建1 780 mm钛材冷轧生产线为例说明自动上卷功能的装备设置、控制思想和注意点,其采用了超声波测距传感器、绝对值编码器、位移传感器和光电开关来自动测量钢卷的直径和宽度,并完成自动宽度和自动高度对中,该系统提高了自动上卷的可靠性和作业率。

Abstract:Taking a newly built 1 780 mm titanium strip mill as an example, the equipment, control principle and keynote of an automatic coil put- on system were introduced. By means of ultrasonic ranging sensor, absolute value encoder, displacement sensor and photoelectric switch, the diameter and width of steel coil were automatically measured, and the automatic centering functions in width and height direction were implemented. The reliability and operation rate of coil put- on system were improved.
