高压加氢制取食品级凡士林

摘    要:介绍了使用中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院研制的石蜡加氢催化剂进行高压一段串联加氢制取食品级凡士林的试验情况。结果表明,在试验条件下,选择适宜的凡士林原料和操作条件可以制取食品级凡士林,加氢产品质量符合SH/T0767-2005食品级凡士林标准,但操作条件调整空间较小,提高空速和降低反应温度空间受限;加氢制取食品级凡士林的运转周期约500 h,不能进行长周期运转;质量较差的凡士林原料不能制取食品级凡士林。

Abstract:Using paraffin hydrorefining catalysts developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals,the preparation tests of the food grade petrolatum by the high-pressure single-stage series process were introduced.The results showed that under the experimental conditions,the food grade petrolatum could be produced by choosing appropriate raw materials and optimum operating condition,and hydrogenated product quality conformed to SH/T0767-2005 industry standard for food grade petrolatum,but adjustment range of operating condition was small.The ranges of increasing space velocity and lowering reaction temperature were limited.The operation cycle for food grade petrolatum production by hydrogenation was about 500 h and could not carry out long-term operation.Petrolatum raw materials with poor quality could not be used for preparing food grade petrolatum.
