CuO/g-C_3N_4复合光催化剂光催化降解甲基橙

摘    要:选用Cu(NO_3)_2和g-C_3N_4为原料,将两种原料溶解,蒸发,500℃焙烧制得CuO/g-C_3N_4复合光催化剂,在太阳光下催化降解甲基橙。结果表明,通过正交实验得到最佳反应条件为:甲基橙溶液pH=3.8,温度(15~25)℃,CuO与g-C_3N_4质量比3∶10,催化剂用量10 mg,反应时间3 h,甲基橙最大降解率为64.6%。

Abstract:Using Cu(NO3)2 and g-C3N4 as raw materials,CuO/g-C3N4 composite photocatalysts were prepared by dissolution and evaporation,and then calcination at 500 ℃.The performance of CuO/g-C3N4 composite photocatalysts for degradation of methyl orange under visible light was investigated.The results showed that through orthogonal tests,the optimal condition was obtained as follows:methyl orange solution pH=3.8,reaction temperature (15-25) ℃,mass ratio of CuO to g-C3N4 3∶10,catalyst dosage 10 mg and reaction time 3 h.The maximum degradation rate of methyl orange was 64.6% under the optimal condition.
