摘    要:2015年度我国轧钢技术的创新和钢材品种结构的调整优化取得了明显进步,钢材的国际市场竞争力持续提高,主要进步包括:新一代TMCP技术通过验收,应用成果丰硕;双辊薄带连铸技术进入示范生产阶段,产品又有突破;ESP生产技术在日照钢铁顺利投入试产,单线月产突破15万t;不锈钢和硅钢等难加工产品实现了连续化生产,成本和效率优势明显;棒线材免加热直接轧制技术开始尝试;轧制复合技术发展迅速,复合产品应用领域不断拓宽;硬脆极薄带钢轧制理论及其技术取得突破;轧钢装备水平不断提升,智能化端倪显现;重大装备用钢和重点品种开发不断取得新成果。

Abstract:The rolling technology innovation and steel variety optimization in China were achieved in 2015,and the competitiveness of Chinese steel product in globe market was increasing sequentially.Those progresses included successful development of the new generation TMCP technology and its fruitful application,good result of twin roll strip casting production demonstration and its development of new product,trial production of ESP technology and monthly output to 0.15 Mt per line,continuous production of hard-to work steel of stainless steel and silicon steel with distinct advantages of cost and efficiency,trial practice of free-reheating direct rolling technology for bar and wire,rapid progress of composite technology by rolling and its new application in wider field,breakthrough of ultra thin strip rolling technology for hard and brittle steel,modernization of steel rolling equipment and its intellectualization starting,new achievement of key steel product for important equipment and key project.
