球扁钢弯曲的解决措施

摘    要:针对球扁钢因生产中易出现弯曲而导致成材率普遍较低的问题,采用有限元方法分析了冷却不均引起的球扁钢弯曲原因,提出通过对球扁钢进行轧前、轧后水冷来解决球扁钢弯曲问题的措施,并介绍了球扁钢轧后水冷装置的布置和设计。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of flat-bulb steel′s lower yield caused by side bending in rolling process,the cause of uneven temperature during cooling was studied by FEM.A solution of cooling method before and after rolling was put into practice.The layout and design of water cooling devices was introduced.
